The Best Gaming Keyboard
G.Skill Ripjaws KM780R RGB Gaming Keyboard

We reviewed the non-R version of this keyboard, but the simplest difference is the R model does not consist of the more textured keycaps for famous gaming keys in addition to a small case for them. We failed to genuinely dig the caps, though, as they’re too sharply angled for typing. We think the R version is only to get, especially because it is less luxurious, at around $100 on Amazon. Also, this might be the simplest documented case where including an R to the name of something reduced its charge.

This keyboard is the boss of those we examined as it has each function you could ever need in a gaming keyboard at a very affordable fee, making it an entirely properly rounded package deal. First, it is to be had with either Cherry MX Red or Brown switches, so it has the most popular types of Cherry switches for gaming or typing. Second, it has features, including RGB lighting fixtures, a spacious wrist relaxation, six committed macro keys, media manipulate buttons with a quantity wheel, USB, and audio bypass-via. It even has a little plastic arm that holds your mouse cable to prevent it from getting hung up on the brink of your table. If you opt for the non-R version, you even get textured keycaps and a touch case for them that snaps onto the edge of the keyboard. Oh, and if you like the fashion of this keyboard but do not like RGB lighting, there’s an equal MX version, however, with crimson light fixtures only.
